Be sure hitch receiver is free of rust, burrs and any otherobstructions before installing base or modules.
■
Do not exceed maximum tongue weight for your hitch.
■
Do not install on a trailer or other towed vehicle.
■
Not for off road use.
■
Carrier will increase overall vehicle length. Use care whenbacking up.
■
Do not operate vehicle without carrier in upright, locked posi-tion.
■
The maximum capacity for class 1 hitches is 2 bikes. In orderto use Add-On modules for 4 bike maximum capacity, aclass 2, 3 or 4 hitch is required.
