1Quality indicator
Reduced video or sound quality during a call can have several reasons and can be solved differently according to symptoms. To improve your network- and video settings see section Adjust your network settings or section Troubleshooter.
The indicator in the lower right corner gives you an indication on the current network performance. The indicator has three levels:
Normal
Reduced
Critical
The indicator is gray when you are not in a call.
2Call status information
Call status information is a window containing technical information. E.g. information about
•call rate,
•video; protocol, resolution,
•audio; protocol, channel rate, packet loss.
The button is only available when in a call. It is for example used to supply your administrator with information. There are no adjustable fields.
