Before You Use Your Coffee Maker
Before preparing coffee in your new Coffee Maker, thoroughly clean the Carafe, Carafe Lid and Removable Cone Filter Basket in hot, sudsy water. Rinse and dry. Replace disassembled parts. Clean the inside of the Coffee Maker by brewing two full Carafes of tap water (see “Brewing Instructions” below).
NOTE: At the end of first cycle, turn Coffee Maker off and wait ten minutes. Turn unit on and brew second Carafe of water.
Coffee Yield
NOTE: A 5oz. cup is the American industry standard and is used by most Coffee Maker manufacturers. To fill your favorite mug, fill Coffee Maker reservoir with enough water for 2 cups (10 oz.).

The use of
Aroma Control Selector Dial
Use this Dial to choose lighter or stronger strength of brew. To ensure optimum flavor, the Aroma Control Selector Dial regulates the brewing process. When preparing coffee, turn the Aroma Control Selector Dial to the desired strength. If a stronger strength is selected, this will slow down the flow of water into the Removable Cone Filter Basket to provide a rich coffee flavor by promoting a better saturation of grounds.
NOTE: For stronger or milder coffee, adjust amount of coffee to suit your taste.
