7PULSMÅLING

7.1VIKTIGE MERKNADER

1.Følerkontakten på baksiden av armbåndsuret må være i kontakt med huden ved måling.

2.UNNGÅ å ta målinger mens du befinner deg under vann.

3.Rengjør baksiden av armbåndsuret av og til ved å påføre et par dråper vann og tørke av med et papirtørkle for å fjerne fettrester.

4.BRUK IKKE håndkrem. Dette vil isolere følerne slik at de ikke får kontakt med huden. Gni huden og fingrene med såpe og vann av og til for å oppnå bedre signaloverføring.

5.BRUK IKKE fingertuppene hvis huden er tørr. Hvis du har svært tørr hud kan du fukte fingrene og håndleddet med vann.

6.Hold armbåndsuret fast mens du foretar målinger i bevegelse. Dette bidrar til at følerne får god kontakt med huden og fingrene.

7.Unngå brå bevegelser under målingen. Dette kan føre til uønsket støy som forårsaker feil pulsmåling.

7.2MÅLING

Pulsen kan måles i alle funksjonsinnstillinger, men den kan ikke måles under innstilling av klokkeslett og alarm.

‘- - -’ blinker på displayet.

En pipelyd bekrefter at målingen er fullført.
