9TOPCOM-GARANTI

9.1 GARANTIPERIODE

Der er 24 måneders garanti på Topcom-enhederne. Garantiperioden starter den dag, hvor den nye enhed købes. Garantien på batterierne er begrænset til 6 måneder efter købet. Forbrugsvarer og fejl, der har ubetydelig indvirkning på udstyrets funktion eller værdi, er ikke omfattet af garantien.

Garantien skal bevises ved fremlæggelse af den originale kvittering for købet, hvoraf købsdatoen og enhedsmodellen fremgår.

9.2 GARANTIHÅNDTERING

En fejlbehæftet enhed skal returneres til et Topcom-servicecenter sammen med gyldigt købsbevis.

Hvis der opstår fejl på enheden i løbet af garantiperioden, vil Topcom eller dets officielt udpegede servicecenter uden beregning udbedre defekter, som er forårsaget af materiale- eller produktionsfejl.

Topcom vil efter egen vurdering opfylde sin garantiforpligtelse ved enten at reparere eller udskifte fejlbehæftede enheder eller dele af de fejlbehæftede enheder. I tilfælde af ombytning kan farve og model afvige fra den oprindeligt købte enhed.

Den oprindelige købsdato bestemmer garantiperiodens start. Garantiperioden forlænges ikke, såfremt enheden udskiftes eller repareres af Topcom eller det af Topcom udpegede servicecenter.

9.3 UNDTAGELSER FRA GARANTIEN

Skade eller defekter, som skyldes forkert behandling eller betjening samt skade forårsaget af brug af ikke-originale dele eller tilbehør, som ikke er anbefalet af Topcom, er ikke dækket af garantien.

Garantien dækker ikke skade forårsaget af ydre faktorer, såsom lynnedslag, vand eller ild, og heller ikke skade forårsaget under transport. Garantien er ugyldig, hvis serienummeret på enhederne er blevet ændret, fjernet eller gjort ulæseligt.
