You can also enter the voicemail menu directly by pressing and holding the ‘1’ or -key.

Send a voicemail message directly

•Press the Programming key .

•Press the Up or Down key repeatedly until ‘VOICE MAIL’ appears on the display.

•Press the OK.

•Press the Up or Down key repeatedly and select ‘OUTBOX’

•Press OK to confirm and to enter the list of all buddies

•Press the Up or Down key repeatedly to scroll to the buddy you want to send a voice message

•	Press the VoIP VoIP-key to start the recording
•	To end the recording, press the VoIP VoIP-key again. To voicemail message will be send.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SELECTED ‘SJ-Phone’ or ‘Net2Phone in the Butler 4812 program:

7.4.1 Incoming call

•When you receive an incoming call the ‘EXT’ will blink together with the ‘PC’ logo to indicate it’s a PC call.

•Press the VoIP VoIP-key to answer the call

• To end the call press the line or VoIP VoIP-key

7.4.2 Making a PC call

•Enter the telephone number you want to dial

•Press the VoIP VoIP-key to dial out the number

• To end the call press the line or VoIP VoIP-key
