Watching TV programs

Introduction

Volume, Sound mute, Changing program positions, Program return, On-screen information

TV control panel	To alter the volume:
	Press the	+ or	– button
	to raise or lower the volume.			Volume	30

To mute the sound:
Press the	button. The word
Sound mute appears on the
screen.		Sound mute
Press the	button again to

restore the sound.

			To change program position:
			Enter the desired program
			position number using the	1	MNOP	Mono
CALL			Number buttons on the remote
			control.
1	2	3	For program positions below 10, use 0 and the required
			number.
4	5	6	You can also change the program position by using the P or
			P button.
7	8	9	The program position will be displayed on the screen with
			the Mono/Stereo/Dual audio status.
	0		To switch between two program positions:
			You can switch two program positions without entering actual
			position number each time.
MENU		EXIT	Select the first program
	P		position you want to view.	2	EFGH	Stereo
DVD			Select the second program
MENU
			position with the Number
	OK		buttons (0-9).	3	IJKL	Dual
			Press the button. The
			previous channel will be
			displayed.
	P		Each time you press the button, the TV will switch back and
			forth between the two program positions.
			To display the on-screen information:
TV			Press the CALL button to
			display the following on-screen	4	ABCD	Stereo
VCR			information.
DVD			The information will disappear
			in 6 seconds.
			• Program position or external input mode selected
Note:			• Program skip on/off information
The program position selection change			• Station label (if set)
			• Mono/Stereo/Dual audio status
between different format channels takes
several seconds.			To erase the display instantly, press the CALL button again.
