The R-Series Fast Freezer line is designed to allow on premise, small- scale fast freezing. To accomplish this, a -20 degree F air temperature is utilized, along with sufficient air movement to promote rapid heat trans- fer from the product. These models are supplied standard with all the Traulsen top of the line features, such as balanced refrigeration sys- tems, next generation INTELA-TRAUL®controls and stainless steel exteriors and interiors.
