Preparing the CitriStar for Use
Always clean the Ream, Screen, Juice Collector, and Spout before using the appliance for the first time.

CitriStar Assembly and Operation

1.Place the appliance on a firm and level surface out of reach of children.
2.Put the Juice Collector in place correctly. (fig. 1)
3.Put on the Screen. (fig. 2)
4. | Insert the Ream. (fig. 3) Plug in. |
5. | Switch the appliance on by pressing the halved fruit firmly onto the ream. |
| The juice will be extracted quietly and quickly. (fig. 4) CAUTION: |
| Recommend 15 seconds of operation followed by 15 seconds rest. Do not |
| operate more than 5 minutes at one time and allow a few minutes rest before |
| next use. |
6. | Put a container under the spout. Flip the spout down towards the container. |
| The instant flow system guides juice directly into the vessel. (fig. 5) After |
| you have finished, flip the spout up to prevent dripping and spilling of juice. |
| (fig 6) Always clean the appliance immediately after each use. |
7.Wrap the cord under the CitriStar base and exit cord through the opening in the back of the appliance. If necessary, wind excess cord around. (fig. 7)
