CAUTION!
DO NOT connect to an ungrounded outlet. DO NOT use with extension cords or adapters that eliminate the connection to ground. The power strip is designed for indoor use only. Install the power strip away from heat emitting appliances such as radiators or heat registers. Do not install where excessive moisture or other conductive contaminants are present. Never install electrical wiring during a lightning storm.
Installation

Plug the AC power cords of your equipment into your power strip. Do not use extension cords or adapters that eliminate the connection to ground.

If your power strip features a power switch, turn it on to provide power to connected equipment.
Circuit Breaker
If the circuit breaker trips, outlets will cease to provide power. Reduce the load on the power strip down to your unit’s amp rating by unplugging excess equipment, then depress the circuit breaker button to reset.
Models with power switches either have a seperate circuit breaker or combine the function of a circuit breaker into their power switches.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
The seller warrants this product, if used in accordance with all applicable instructions, to be free from original defects in material and workmanship for its lifetime. If the product should prove defective in material or workmanship within that period, Seller will repair or replace the product, in its sole discretion. Service under this Warranty can only be obtained by your delivering or shipping the product (with all shipping or delivery charges prepaid) to:Tripp Lite, 1111 W. 35th St., Chicago, IL 60609. Seller will pay return shipping charges.The warranties of all TRIPP LITE surge suppressors are null and void if they have been connected to the output of any UPS system. ¡PRECAUCIÓN!
NUNCA conecte el equipo a una toma de corriente sin conexión a tierra. NO LO UTILICE con extensiones o adaptadores que eliminen la conexión a tierra. La barra de contactos está diseñada exclusivamente para uso en interiores. Instale la barra de contactos lejos de dispositivos que emitan calor,como radiadores o registros de calefacción. No lo instale en lugares donde exista exceso de humedad o haya posibilidad de interferencias eléctricas. Nunca instale el cableado durante una tormenta.
Instalación
1) Conecte el cable de contactos a la línea de suministro de corriente alterna
Enchufe el cable de corriente en una toma de energía eléctrica. El cable de corriente de la barra de contactos debe conectarse a una toma estándar de 3 hilos, conectada a tierra, de 120 VCA y 60 Hz.
2) Conecte el equipo eléctrico a la barra de contactos
Enchufe los cables de corriente CA de su equipo a la barra de contactos. No utilice extensiones o adaptadores que eliminen la conexión a tierra.

3) Ponga el interruptor en ON (sólo algunos modelos)
Si la barra de contactos tiene un interruptor de corriente, enciéndalo para proporcionar energía al equipo conectado.
“Breaker”
Si se activa el "breaker", los contactos dejarán de suministrar corriente. Reduzca la carga en la barra de contactos según el amperaje indicado para la unidad,desenchufando el exceso de equipo,y después oprima el botón del "breaker" para reiniciar el sistema.
Los modelos con interruptores de corriente tienen un botón distinto para el "breaker" o bien integran la función de este interruptor del circuito dentro del interruptor de corriente.
Garantía limitada durante la vida útil del equipo
El distribuidor garantiza que este producto, si se utiliza de acuerdo con las instrucciones aplicables, se encuentra libre de defectos originales en sus materiales y mano de obra durante toda su vida útil. Si dentro de este periodo se demuestra que el producto tiene defectos en sus materiales o mano de obra, el distribuidor reparará o cambiará el producto, a su entera discreción. El servicio proporcionado mediante esta garantía sólo podrá obtenerse si se devuelve o envía el producto (con todos los gastos de flete y transporte previamente pagados) a: Tripp Lite, 1111 W. 35th Street, Chicago,IL 60609,EE.UU. El distribuidor pagará los gastos de devolución. Los productos deberán devolverse a TRIPP LITE con los cargos de transporte previamente pagados y acompañados de una descripción breve del problema encontrado, así como de los documentos probatorios de la fecha y lugar de compra.
