Never use alcoholto clean your hearing devices, earmolds or domes.

Do not use sharp tools to dislodgeear wax. Sticking household items into your hearingdevices or earmolds can seriously damage them.

Earmolds

Earmolds send amplifiedsound from the hearing devices into the ears. They must fit into your ears snugly and comfortably.If amplifiedsound leaks out of your ear, you may hear whistling.
