Reference material

Shows reference material, for example Microsoft Words documents or

 

PDFs, that were uploaded by the presenter.

 

 

Poll results

Shows the results of polls that were initiated by the presenter.

 

 

Questions

Lets you submit questions to the presenter. The questions will be seen

 

only by the presenter.

 

 

Viewing Saved Presentations

Presentations that have been saved to a VOD server are available on the Media Library page.

TTo view a saved presentation:

1.Go to the Search box at the top of the Media Library page and click Search Presentations.

2.Click on any saved presentation to launch it in a browser (Figure 15).

3.When viewing a saved presentation you can navigate to any point in the presentation using the slider in the preview window or the thumbnail images at the bottom of the page.

4.You can also use the buttons to view reference material or poll results if any.

Playlist

Playlists are saved in the Media Library. A playlist is a mechanism to consolidate multiple video files, or video file segments, regardless of format, into a virtual file. A playlist is a list of pointers (bookmarks) to video streams, or parts of streams, that can

be played as if they were a single video file. Playlists can include files encoded in different
