must be cleanedat least everytwo weeks . Exactingcleanlinessshould be constantly maintained in your dispenserso that your draughtbeer will be at its best when served . Althoughthe beer in the barrelis in excellent condition it can become less satisfyingas it is drawnthrough the beer line and faucet if they are not kept clean .
Prepare Solution:
. Add 7/2 ounce (19 grams) of DBK to each quart of water,cold or warm .
1, . Disconnect tap from barrel . Removebeerfaucetwithspanner wrench unscrew handle and removevalveassembly.
2 . Put tap and faucet parts in a bucketof DBKsolutionto soak .
3 . Use small brush to clean beer faucet parts.
4 . Rinsepartsthoroughly .
5 . Fill pump bottle with DBK s o l u t , o n .
6 . Attach hose from pump bottle t o b e e r c o l u m n t a p o u t l e t ( b e sure rubbergasketis in placeto preventleakage)- allow tap to d r a i ni n b u c k e t .
7. Pump solution (2 3 times from h n t t l e t h r o r r d ht h c l i n e u n t i l i t startsto flowout the beer line .

8. Pump excess solution through Iin e s .
9 . Rinse bucket, pump bottle and hose thoroughlywith clean cool water.
10 . Fill pump bottle with clean cool water and pump through lines untilwaterruns clear .
11. When crystal clear water comes through,you'rereadyto assemble and reattach faucet and
