RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK:

This symbol is intended to alert the user to the presence of un-insulated “dangerous voltage” within the product’s enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electrical shock to persons.

This symbol is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operating and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying the appliance.

All warnings and instructions marked on the LCD-TV are for your safety. Please read the safety and operating instructions before using the LCD-TV. Keep this user’s manual for future reference.

ξ WARNING To Reduce The Risk Of Fire Or Electric Shock, Do Not Expose this LCD TV To Rain Or Moisture! The HD LCD TV shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall not be placed on the TV.

Overloading

Do not overload wall outlets, extension cords, or power strips as this can result in fire or electric shock.

Power Cord Protection

Power supply cords should be routed so that they are not likely to be walked on or pinched by items placed upon or against them. Periodically inspect the cords and each end of the cords for damage.

Ventilation

Slots and openings on the cabinet are provided for ventilation purposes. To ensure reliable operation of the LCD TV and to protect it from overheating, these openings must not be blocked or covered.

ξ Do not block the openings by placing the LCD TV on a bed, sofa, rug or other similar surface.

ξ Do not place the LCD TV in a built-in installation such as a bookcase or rack unless proper ventilation is provided or the manufacturer’s instruction have been adhered to.
