Thermostat

Controls heat in the kettle. High dial settings are for cooking; low

 

 

settings are for holding.

On – Off Switch

Located on the upper right-hand corner of the control panel.

 

 

When turned to ON, initiates the electronic ignition system.

Combination Control Valve —

Controls gas flow to the main burner. The valve has a built in

 

 

gas pressure regulator which shuts off all gas in the event of pilot

 

 

outage.

Pressure Gauge

Indicates pressure in the jacket, normal operating range is 0 to

 

 

12 psig.
