MCS-425 Microwave sensor switch

Installation Instruction

How to use

1.Before turning-on this unit, please make sure all cables are connected properly.

2.The mounting height is 230 cm.

3.Antenna angle (D) is adjustable, the higher the antenna angle, the wider the detection range that can be detected. Instead, the lower the antenna angle, the narrower the detection range that can be detected.

4.Turn the (A) clockwise to increase the antenna detection range, or the counter-clockwise turn to decrease the antenna detection range.

5.Turn the (C) clockwise to increase the relay actuation time, or the counter-clockwise turn to decrease the relay actuation time.

MCS-425 specifications

The Wagner SprayTech MCS-425 is a versatile and powerful paint sprayer designed for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals. Engineered to deliver excellent results in a variety of applications, the MCS-425 is suitable for projects ranging from home interiors to outdoor surfaces. Its advanced features and technologies make it a top choice for those seeking efficiency and quality in their painting tasks.

One of the key characteristics of the MCS-425 is its innovative turbine technology. This enables the sprayer to operate without the need for a bulky compressor, providing a lightweight and portable solution for users. The turbine offers a consistent flow of air, ensuring an even application of paint, stain, or sealant on various surfaces. This technology also helps in achieving smooth, professional finishes, reducing the chances of roller marks or brush strokes.

The MCS-425 is equipped with an adjustable nozzle that allows users to customize the spray pattern according to their specific project needs. This feature provides flexibility when working with different materials, whether it be thin coats for stains or thicker layers for paints. The nozzle adjustment can easily switch between horizontal and vertical spray patterns, which is particularly useful for tackling intricate details or larger areas.

Additionally, the MCS-425 boasts a large capacity paint reservoir, minimizing the need for frequent refills during painting sessions. This is complemented by the sprayer's lightweight design, which enhances maneuverability and ease of use. The sprayer is also designed with an ergonomic handle that provides a comfortable grip, reducing hand fatigue during extended periods of operation.

Another notable characteristic of the MCS-425 is its easy cleaning mechanism. After completing a project, users can quickly disassemble the sprayer for thorough cleaning, ensuring longevity and optimal performance for future use. This convenience, coupled with its easy setup process, makes the MCS-425 an efficient choice for both novice and experienced users.

In sum, the Wagner SprayTech MCS-425 stands out in the paint sprayer market for its advanced turbine technology, adjustable nozzle, large paint reservoir, lightweight design, ergonomic handling, and ease of cleaning. Whether tackling indoor or outdoor projects, this sprayer delivers quality results, making it an indispensable tool for anyone looking to enhance their painting experience.
