IMPORTANT UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS
1.Place the box on a large, sturdy, flat surface.
2.Remove instruction book and any other printed literature.
3.Remove large styrofoam insert containing two carafes and place on sturdy surface.
4.Carefully lift the coffeemaker with styrofoam inserts on both ends and remove styrofoam. Place on sturdy surface.
5.Remove poly bag covering the coffeemaker.
We suggest you save all packing materials in the event that future shipping of the machine is necessary.
Keep all plastic bags away from children.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and/ or injury to persons, including the following:

1.Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles and knobs.
2.To protect against electric shock, do not place cord, plug, or base unit in water or other liquids.
3.Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
4.Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest Waring Repair Center for examination, repair, and electrical or mechanical adjustment.
5.The use of accessory attachments not recommended by Waring may cause injuries.
6.Do not use outdoors.
7.Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surface.
8.Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
9.Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
