Bread, crackers or cookies-

Break into 1-inch pieces and process continuously until desired texture is reached.

Hard cheese-

If cheese is too hard to cut with a knife, don’t try to chop it in the food processor as it may damage the blade. (Do not attempt to chop parmesan cheese in the food processor.) Cut cheese into 1⁄2-inch cubes. Pulse motor until the desired consistency is reached. You may chop cheese as coarse or as fine as you want. Simply run machine longer for finer chop. Do not attempt to process more than 3 ounces of cheese at one time.

Whipping cream-

Cream must be at refrigerator temperature. Whip up to 1-cup at a time.

Cleaning Your Food Processor

1.Switch food processor to “OFF” position and unplug from electrical outlet.

2.Hand-wash all parts in hot soapy water, rinse, and dry. Be careful of blades when washing and drying. Do not wash any parts in the dishwasher.

3.Wipe motor base, control knob, and cord with a damp cloth or sponge. To remove stubborn stains, use a mild, non-abrasive cleanser. Never submerge motor base in water.

4.Reassemble the food processor for storage.

5.Food processor parts are corrosion resistant, sanitary and easily cleaned. Before first use and after every use, separate container parts and clean thor- oughly in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry well. DO NOT WASH ANY PARTS IN AN AUTOMATIC DISHWASHER. Periodically check all parts before reas- sembly. If any parts are chipped or cracked, DO NOT USE Food Processor.
