ASSEMBLING YOUR GRIDDLE
Note: The provided handles must be assembled on the griddle before use.
1.Place the griddle upside down on a tabletop or countertop.
2.Position the handle on the side of the griddle, lining up the holes in the handles with the mounting bracket on the griddle.
3.Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, securely attach the handle screws provided. Repeat steps to assemble the second handle on the opposite side of the griddle.
4.Place the assembled griddle right side up on a flat surface and lift with the handles. Handles should feel tightly secured and should not wobble.
