6	Casserole	Combine the ingredients per the recipe in a	1 to 3 cups
		1- to 2-quart casserole. Cover with plastic wrap
		and vent. After cooking is complete, allow 5
		minutes standing time.
7	Ground	Crumble meat into a microwavable container.	1	4	to 2 lbs

	Meat	Season and cover with plastic wrap. Vent cover
		for well-done meat.
8	Fish,	Place the food around the sides of a microwave-	1	4	to 2 lbs

	Seafood	safe container. Season and add 1⁄4- to 1⁄2-cup
		liquid (wine, water, salsa, etc.) if desired. Cover
		with plastic wrap, vented.
9	Eggs,	Break eggs into a 4-cup measuring cup or	1 to 4 eggs
	Scrambled	1-quart casserole. Add 1 tablespoon milk or
		water per egg and beat. Cover with plastic
		wrap, vented. When cooking is complete,
		remove from oven, stir, and allow 1 to 2 minutes
		standing time.
0	Frozen	Follow package directions.	1 to 2 servings
