PROBLEM

The Display shows a time counting down but the oven is not cooking

You do not hear the PrcF gramming Tone

The fan seems to be running slower than usual

The Display shows “0”

Microwave cooking times seem too long

POSSIBLE CAUSE

The oven door is not closed completely.

You have set the controls as a minute timer.

The command is not correct.

The oven has been stored in a cold area.

There has been a power interruption.

The electric supply to your home or wall outlets is low or lower than normal.

The Cook Power is not at the recommended setting.

There is not enough cooking time for the amount of food being cooked.

SOLUTlON

Completely close oven door.

Touch OFF/CANCEL to cancel the Minute Timer.

Re-enter command.

The fan will run slower until the oven warms up to normal room tempera- ture.

Reset the clock.

Your electric company can tell you if the line voltage is low. Your electrician ;\r service technician can tell you if the outlet voltage is low.

Allow for more time when cooking more food at one time.
