Cleaning other range parts
Use the following table to help you clean all other parts of your range.
PART WHAT TO USE HOW TO
CLEAN
Control knobs
Sponge and warm, l Turn knobs to OFF and pull straight
soapy water away from control panel.
l Wash, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Do
not soak.
Do not use steel wool or
abrasive cleansers. They may
damage the finish of the knobs.
l Replace knobs. Make sure all knobs
point to OFF.
Control panel
Sponge and warm, l Wash, wipe with clean water, and dry
soapy water thoroughly.
Do not use steel wool or

Paper towel and spray l Do not spray cleaner directly on panel.
glass cleaner Apply cleaner to paper towel.
Exterior surfaces
Sponge and warm, l Wash, wipe with clean water, and dry
(other than cooktop soapy water thoroughly. Use nonabrasive, plastic
and control panel) scrubbing pad on heavily soiled areas.

Broiler pan and

Racks will permanently discolor
and become harder to slide if left in
oven during Self-Cleaning cycle. Apply
a small amount of vegetable oil to the
side rungs to aid sliding.
