Pull the Oven Temperature
Control straight off 2. Loosen the locking screws inside
the control knob. Note the posi-
tion of the notches.
3. To lower the temperature, move
a notch closer to LO. Each notch
equals about10”F (5°C).
4. To raise the temperature, move a
notch closer to HI. Each notch
equals about10”F (S’YZ].
TIghten the locking screw and
replace the control knob.
Broiling 1.
Position the rack before turning
the oven on. See broil chart In the
“Cooking Guide” or a reliable
cookbook for recommended
rack positions.
2. Put the broiler pan and food on
the rack.
