HEAT DRYoption

Heateris on for the entire drying period, resultingin drier dishes.

ENERGYSAVINGAIR DRY option

Heateris off duringthe entire drying period,savingenergy. Note: If you wish to shortenthe drying time and saveenergy,turn the control knob to OFF at the beginningof the dry cycle and open the dishwasherdoor slightly.

Changinga Setting

1.Unlatchthe door to stop cycle.

2.Turn the cycle indicatorknobclockwiseto the cycleyou want .

3.Be sure the detergentdispenseris filled properly for the new cycle.

4.Latchthe door to start the cycle.

HowtoAdda DishDuringaCycle

1.Makesure there is a full wash cycle yet to be completedto ensurethat any added itemsare washed and rinsed.

2.Unlatchthe door to interruptthe cycle and wait for the water actionto stop.

3.Open the door and add the dish.

4.Close and latchthe door.The cycle will resume automatically.

DetergentDispenser

The detergentdispenserwill automaticallyreleasedetergent at the correcttime in the cycle.

NORMALWASH cycle

Filldetergentcups 1 and 3, then coverthem by rotatingthe lid counter-clockwise.Filldetergentcups 2 and 4.

LIGHTWASHcycle

Filldetergentcups 1 and 3, then coverthem by rotatingthe lid counter-clockwise.

RinseAids

Rinseaids promotefaster,spot-freedrying. Rinseaids are availablein liquidand solid formand are availableat most supermarkets.The rinse aid dispenseris locatedinsidethe dishwasherdoor.To use:

Turnthe dispensercap l/4 turn counterclockwiseand lift out.

Pourin rinseaid untilliquidtoucheswhite cross at bottom of fill opening.Reinsertcap.

Refillthe rinse aid dispenserapproximatelyonce a month.
