MAINTENANCE

1.FLOAT SHUT-OFF

The float shut-off is located inside the recovery tank. The purpose of the float shut-off is to notify the user that the recovery tank is full. Remove daily and clean any debris for maximum airflow.

2.STRAINER

The strainer is located on the left side between the front and rear wheels. The strainer protects the pump from debris. If there is little or no solution flow to the ground, check the stainer for debris. Drain the solution tank and clean the solution strainer. To remove the strainer, turn the bottom part of the strainer counterclockwise until the bottom is separated. Clean out the debris from the wire mesh and reassemble. Make sure the o-ring gasket is in place when reassembled.

3.CIRCUIT BREAKERS

Circuit breakers interrupt the flow of power in the event of an electrical overload. When a circuit breaker is tripped, reset it by pressing the exposed button. If a circuit breaker continues to trip, the cause of the electrical overload should be found and corrected.
