W-8 Data elements
Enabled: The System Administrator can enable or disable the
SNMP gateway as desired.
Printer ID (OID): Select the appropriate identification string based on the model of the printer being installed from the table below. This string must be entered exactly as there is no validation of the string in case of an error.
Trap client lifetime: The Trap Client Lifetime determines how long an active trap will live. Enter a value in seconds, such as 300 seconds.
NOTE: SNMP keeps a list of traps that are currently active. Active traps that exist longer than the Trap Client Lifetime value will be removed from the active list.
Trap client interval: The Trap Client Interval determines when SNMP will check for trap expiration. For example, if the value is 60, every 60 seconds SNMP will check to remove any traps (as appropriate) from the active list. Enter a value in seconds.
