5 DIRECTION

Select the tape running direction. (Press the DIRECTION button for DECK A (KX-W592 only) and the DIRECTION button for DECK B.) Each time one of these button is pressed, the tape running direction of the corresponding deck changes between forward (#) and reverse (@), and the indicator lights on the display.

The REC indicator lights on the display. The deck enters the rec pause mode.
