3Secure A.
3-1Adjust the position of A so that the left and
right ends of A will project beyond C and D
equally when seen from the front.
3-2Secure A by tightening fourshort screws (6
x 20 mm) from the bottom.
4Attach E.
4-1Untie and straighten out the bundled pedal
cord, then pass it through the indentation
on B.
4-2Lift B and insert the top part of E into the
indentation on B so that the pedal unit will
be securely attached to B.
4-3Insert the pedal cord plug to the pedal jack
from the rear.
4-4Attach the cord holders to the rear panel as
shown, then clip the cord into the holders.
4-5Remove the screws from both ends of B,
then attach the back toe using the screws.
CAUTION
• If there is no wall immediately behind the instru-
ment, be sure to install anti-fall brackets (Back toe)
on the instrument.
• The pedals may damage the floor after an
extended period of time. Protect the floor by plac-
ing a mat or area rug underneath the pedals.
5Install F.
5-1Attach F on the rear of A as shown in the
illustration.
5-2Secure F by tightening the thin screws (5 x
20mm).
CAUTION
When you attach F, be careful not to pinch the cord.
