Engine fails to start

1.

Blade control handle disengaged.

Engage blade control handle.

Start control button not depressed.

Depress starter control button.

Spark plug wire disconnected.

Connect wire to spark plug.

Safety key not in run position.

Place safety key in run position.

Fuel tank empty, or stale fuel.
