MOWER DECK LEVELING:
1.Position mower on a flat surface and stop engine.
2.Check the tire pressure of all four tires. Inflation should be 22 psi.
3.Place two 2x4’s on edge under the blades from side side and lower the deck down onto the 2x4’s.
4.Place the height of the deck in the 3 1/2" cutting height position.
NOTE: make sure deck lift blocks are tightly bolted to the frame .
5.Adjust the four upper chain bolts up until the chains are tight.
6.Check chains for equal tension. If unequal, adjust upper chain bolt in slot.
7.Remove 2 x 4’s and measure from the cutting edge of the blade to a flat surface to check deck cutting height.
