•Make sure all your ZyXEL powerline adapters are using the latest version firmware. You can update your firmware by visiting the ZyXEL website (www.zyxel.com.tw) and down- loading the latest firmware for your ZyXEL powerline adapter.

Procedure to View a Product’s Certification(s)

1 Go to www.zyxel.com.

2Select your product from the drop-down list box on the ZyXEL home page to go to that product's page.
