•Make sure that all your powerline adapters are HomePlug AV compliant. The PLA491 does NOT recognize or communi- cate with earlier versions of HomePlug adapters such as HomePlug 1.0 or 1.1.

•Make sure all your ZyXEL powerline adapters are using the latest version firmware. You can update your firmware by vis- iting the ZyXEL website (www.zyxel.com.tw) and download- ing the latest firmware for your ZyXEL powerline adapter.

How to View a Product’s Certification(s)

1Go to www.zyxel.com.

2Select your product from the drop-down list box on the ZyXEL home page to go to that product's page.

3Select the certification you wish to view from this page.
