RUBBER BUMPER

1.Attach the rubber bumper (6) to the foot bracket with 1/4-20 x 3/4" screw (7) and 1/4- 20 keps nut with washer (8).

NOTE: Lubricate area where handles rotates in brackets with light oil.

1.Raise handle and allow snap buttons to snap into place.
