OSD LANGUAGE

Determines the language in which the RT-20 on-screen display menus appear.

DVD MENU LANGUAGE

Determines the language in which DVD menus and top menus appear. If the selected DVD menu language is available on the loaded DVD, the RT-20 selects that language. If the selected DVD menu language is not included on the loaded DVD, the RT-20 selects the default disc menu language. This menu can only be selected while the disc is in Stop mode.

Select Others to choose a language other than English, French, German, Spanish, or Italian. The DVD format recognizes 18 differ- ent languages, which are listed on page 3-5.

To select an “Others” language:

1.

When the DVD Menu Language screen opens, press the

 

remote control

or buttons to scroll to the Others menu.

2.

Press

to open the Others menu.

3.

Use the

or

buttons to highlight a language.

4.When the desired language is highlighted, press the remote control ENTER button to select this language.

Note:

Some DVDs allow menu language to be selected from the disc menu. Press the remote control MENU button to access the disc menu.

AUDIO LANGUAGE

Determines the language in which audio is heard. If the selected audio language is available on the loaded DVD, the RT-20 selects the audio track that includes that language. If the selected audio language is not included on the loaded DVD, the RT-20 selects the
