CURVED SHAFT GRASS DEFLECTOR WITH EDGER GUIDE - TRIM ‘N EDGE ONLY

EDGER GUIDE ASSEMBLY

See Figure 4.

n Assemble the two plastic pieces of the edger guide together using the short bolt, flat washer, lock washer and wing nut.

nSlide the edger guide to adjust it to the desired trimming length.

nTighten the wing nut securely.

See Figures 5 - 6.

nRemove the wing nut, flat washer, lock washer, and bolt from the Operator’s Kit.

nPlace the curved shaft grass deflector over the shaft and bracket.

nSlide the assembled edger guide over the tabs on the grass deflector and bracket.

nPlace the bolt through the slots in the tabs on the grass deflector and trimmer.

NOTE: Ensure the slots are aligned before installing the bolt.

nInstall the flat washer, lock washer, and wing nut.

nTighten the wing nut securely.
