IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RECHARGING HOT BATTERY PACK

When using your string trimmer continuously, the batteries in your battery pack will become hot. You should let a hot battery pack cool down for approxi- mately 30 minutes before attempting to recharge. NOTE: This situation only occurs when continuous use of your string trimmer causes the batteries to become hot. It does not occur under normal circumstances. Refer to “CHARGING BATTERY PACK” for normal recharging of batteries. If the charger does not charge your battery pack under normal circumstances, return both the battery pack and charger to your nearest Homelite Authorized Service Center for electrical check.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RECHARGING COOL BATTERY PACK

If battery pack is below normal temperature range, the green LED on charger will come on. Allow battery pack to reach normal temperature, then the red LED will come on.
