3.Restart the pressure washer and let it run briefly (about 5 seconds) until water no longer discharges from the high pressure outlet.

6.1AFTER EXTENDED STORAGE

Scale deposits may form in the pump when it is not used for some time.

This causes the motor to run stiff or it may not start up at all.

Remove scale deposits from the piping.

lConnect machine to water supply and rinse thoroughly with water. Do not plug unit into electrical outlet.

To avoid electrical overloading turn the motor shaft by hand. ( see Fig. 15, page 23)

CAUTION: before undertaking any operations on the machine, disconnect

CAUTION the plug from the power socket.

To access the motor proceed as follows:

l Unscrew the four screws holding the rear cover panel (Fig. 12).

Retirez les dépôts de tartre de la tuyauterie.

lReliez la machine à l’alimentation d’eau et rincez- la intégralement. Ne branchez pas l’unité à une prise de courant.

Pour éviter une surcharge électrique, tournez l’arbre du moteur à la main (voir Fig. 15, page 23).

ATTENTION : Avant d’effectuer toute intervention sur la machine et ses accessoires, débranchez la prise

ATTENTION de courant.

Pour accéder au moteur, procédez de la façon suivante:

lDévissez les quatre vis qui fixent le couvercle arrière (Fig. 12).

l By means of a suitable screwdriver unscrew the four screws holding handle and cover: the two upper screws are accessible from the holes in the body as shown in figure (Fig. 13)
