GENERAL SAFETY RULES

WARNING!

READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL INSTRUCTIONS

Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in

electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

WORK AREA

1.Keep your work area clean and well lit. Cluttered benches and dark areas invite accidents.

2.Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Generators create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.

3.Keep bystanders, children, and visitors away while operating a generator. Provide barriers or shields as needed.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY

4.Grounded tools must be plugged into an outlet properly installed and grounded in accordance with all codes and ordinances. Never remove the grounding prong or modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs. Check with a qualified electrician if you are in doubt as to whether the outlet is properly grounded. If the tools should electrically malfunction or break down, grounding provides a low resistance path to carry electricity away from the user.

5.Double insulated tools are equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install a polarized outlet. Do not change the plug in

any way. Double insulation eliminates the need for the three wire grounded power cord and grounded power supply system.

One of the standout characteristics of the Chicago Electric 92455 is its robust 8-inch wet tile saw capability. With its powerful 1.5 horsepower motor, it can handle tough materials with ease, providing efficient and precise cuts. This saw is particularly useful for cutting ceramic, porcelain, and glass tiles, thanks to its sharp and durable diamond blade. The adjustable cutting head allows users to perform both 45-degree and straight cuts, adding to its versatility when working on different projects.

The Chicago Electric 92455 incorporates advanced water cooling technology, which ensures that the tile saw remains at optimal temperatures during operation. This helps eliminate the risk of overheating and extends the lifespan of the blade, allowing for clean and accurate cuts without the risk of cracking or damaging the tile. The integrated water reservoir feeds water directly onto the blade, reducing dust and debris, which not only keeps the work area cleaner but also enhances visibility for users.

Another noteworthy feature is the built-in measuring guide and adjustable table. The guide helps users achieve precise measurements for repetitive cuts, while the adjustable table provides added stability and support for larger tiles. This combination ensures that even large-format tiles can be cut efficiently and quickly.

Safety is also a priority with the Chicago Electric 92455. The saw includes features such as a blade guard for protection and a secure locking switch to prevent accidental activation. These safety measures are essential when working with heavy-duty power tools, making it easier for users to focus on their projects.
