10.Position the printer so you have access to the back.
11.Remove screw from the metal back plate (A).
12.Insert Interface Card into the printer (B).

14.Use screw, removed in Step 2, to fasten card (D).

15.Use previous procedure (Step 1 to Step 9, "Accessing the Printer Controller Board") as a guide to replace printer
16.If only using the serial connection, go to Step 11.
17.Connect Apple LocalTalk cable to interface card (E).

18.Connect the other end of the LocalTalk cable to your Macintosh Computer.
