Figure 12 shows a simplified list of Network Parameters and Current Values. This is a similar but short list than in Figure 9. The default settings are pictured above.

3. To test the NIC, select the Diagnostics tab:

Warning: The Loopback box is checked by default. If you are connected to the network with an Ethernet cable, you must un-checkthe Loopback box before selecting Run Tests or you may hang the computer. If you want to run the Loopback test, remove the Ethernet cable from the back of the MPS DFE.

4.Un-check the Loopback box and then click on the Run Tests button, click the Yes button and tests will commence. Results of the Run Tests diagnostics will be displayed in the Pass/Fail column of the Diagnostics window.
