3. Network Setup Procedures

Change Computer Name and Workgroup/Domain:

1.Logon to the Matchprint Professional Server DFE as the Administrator. Right-click on the My Computer icon and select Properties. Then Select the Network Identification tab:

2.To change the name of the computer and/or to change the Domain or Workgroup, select the Properties button. The following Identification Changes window is displayed:

Initially, the Matchprint Professional Server is part of the WORKGROUP, which is default for Windows NT and Windows 2000 server. If you have a different workgroup defined, type that name in the box now, then click OK. A window titled Network Identification will appear stating “Welcome to the Workgroup”. You must restart the computer for the changes to take place.
