Clearing a Paper Jam

If a paper jam occurs, the Paper light blinks red (see Indicator Lights and Buttons, page 10).

CAUTION:

Do not use force when removing a paper jam.

1Remove the paper tray.

2Disconnect the power cord, wait 5 seconds, then plug it back in.

NOTE: The printer will reset and eject the paper. If the paper does not eject, try to remove it manually.

3Replace the paper tray.

4Press the Print button on the printer to resume printing.
