Editing the Group

Open the Address Book Groups page.

Click the number or name of the group to be edited.

Click Add Members to add the contacts to the group or click Delete Members to delete the contacts from the group. You can only add one SMB or FTP address to a group.

4 Click Submit.

Registering External Address Book

 

This machine can refer to an address book on the LDAP server as an external

 

address book and assign a fax number and e-mail address to the destination.

 

To use the external address book:

Register an address book on the LDAP server. For details, refer to the Windows

 

help.

Enable LDAP parameters in COMMAND CENTER.
