Cannot print from PictBridge-enabled devices

Enable PictBridge printing on the device by selecting the correct USB mode. For more information, see the documentation that came with the device.

1Disconnect the device.

2Connect a PictBridge-enabled device to the PictBridge port. See the documentation that came with your device to determine whether it is PictBridge- enabled.

Use only the USB cable that came with the camera.

Remove the memory card from the printer.
