This limitation of remedies also applies to any developer of materials supplied to Lexmark. Lexmark’s and the developer’s limitations of remedies are not cumulative. Such developer is an intended beneficiary of this limitation.

The Lexmark Z12 Color Jetprinter has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including

The FCC Class B limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
