7.5INFORMATION DISPLAY

The information display sub-menu shows information about the monitor’s firmware version number.

Viewing Firmware Version Number

1Press the MENU key on the monitor panel or remote control.

2Use the ADJ or ADJ key to select the OTHER option from the menu.

3Press the EXIT key to close the OSD screen.

7.6PIXEL SHIFT FUNCTION

Static images left on-screen for extended periods of time may leave a “ghost image” on plasma displays. For this reason the monitor is equipped with a protective function that detects static images. After a period of little or no image movement, the protection mechanism automatically shifts pixel positions to prevent creation of a "ghost image". The time interval between pixel shifting can be set by the user.

Setting Pixel Shift Interval

1Press the MENU key on the monitor panel or remote control.

2Use the ADJ or ADJ key to select the OTHER option from the menu.

3Use the SEL or SEL key to select the PIXEL SHIFT option.

4Press the ADJ or ADJ key to change the setting.

5Press the EXIT key to close the OSD screen, or press the SEL or SEL key to keep adjusting.
