4.1CONNECTING TO AN AERIAL

To view TV channels correctly, a signal must be received using an antenna. Connect the aerial or network input cable to the ANT jack on the rear of the PDP.

Note:

When installing or re-installing your PDP, be sure to use the supplied coaxial antenna cable. If you connect using a different coaxial cable, there is risk of noise or interference to the screen image.

(You must not use another general purpose cable. Use the 3M/5M/7M cable supplied by your dealer.)

4.2CONNECTING EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT (VCR, DVD, CAMCORDER, SATELLITE RECEIVER)

4.2.1USING SCART (AV) SOCKET INPUT

1Connect the SCART socket of the external device to the SCART socket of the PDP.

2Connect the video recorder to the antenna wall socket or cable box.

4.2.2USING S-VIDEO INPUT

1Connect the S-Video (4-pin DIN) connector of the external device to the S-VIDEO INPUT of the PDP.

2Connect the red (R) and white (L) audio jacks of the device to the R and L audio-in jacks located next to the S-VIDEO connector.
