Confirm Consumables

With the Confirm Consumables feature, any user can check the state of DocuColor 12 consumables to determine whether any of them needs replacing.

Press the Administration button above the

 

 

numeric keypad to display the Access screen, as

 

illustrated in Figure 4.

Touch the Consumables Status icon to display

 

 

the Consumables Status screen, as illustrated in

 

Figure 5.

Note the current state for the various

 

 

consumables. “OK” indicates no replacement is

 

necessary.
