8To store the document in the bulletin board memory, press the Enter button.

If you do not want the document to be stored in bulletin board memory, press the Stop button.

9The machine stores the document in memory. The display shows a count of the number of pages being stored in memory and the remaining memory capacity.

10The machine returns to Standby mode and displays a reminder that a Polling Transmission is set. The machine automatically switches to FAX mode (automatic receiving) when set to be polled.

Adding Documents To the Job to be Polled

If you want to add documents to the original documents waiting in memory to be polled, follow the procedure below.

1Place the additional documents face down into the Automatic Document Feeder.

2Press the Menu button.

3Press the Polling button on the One-Touch keypad. The LCD displays the polling options.

4Press 1 to select TX POLL.
