Step 4 Powering Up the Systems

4.1Attach the power adapter to the IP Device and connect it to a power source to power up the IP Device. (Refer to diagram below.)

4.2Power on the KVM switch or server connected to the IP Device. The IP Device emulates both a mouse and a keyboard on each port, and allows your KVM switch or server to boot normally.

4.3Power on all servers connected to your KVM switch.

4.4Check that the local keyboard, monitor, and mouse are working normally.
